    • Maximum account balance: KES 500,000.

  3. Self-Reversal:
    • To initiate a self-reversal, send the transaction confirmation to 456.

    • Foreign Passports, Military IDs, and Foreigner Certificates must be registered at Safaricom Shops or Care Desks.
